Base: 2015. Pale yellow. Aromas of spiced pears, yellow. peaches, baking spices, warm oatmeal. Precise, spicy, vinous; flavors of ginger, red apple, citrus fruits, toast.   70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. Disgorged October 2023. 3 grams.  ‘V.P.’ spends more than seven years on fine lees, giving the wine its layered complexity and profound depth. (Vieillissement prolongé means “extended aging”).
