Eden Mill St. Andrews Love Gin

This is a grain based gin from St. Andrews in Scotland, with just a hint of *pink* color to it. The botanicals include hibiscus, rose pedal and strawberries. The nose shows a heady mix of citrus, dried orange peel, heather, cardamom and spice. While certainly not a typical dry gin, this is not sweet on the palate, but it does have a softness to it with fruits, florals, and some dried heather flavors. D&M Tasting Notes
