Grower Champagne This Premier Cru. multi vintage is made of 50% 2013, 30% 2012, 20% 2011 vintages. Mostly from Vertus with grand cru parcels mixed in. this was aged on its lees for 56 months. The nose shows a savory and focused style with pointillist citrus, minerality, and a just there autolytic note. The palate is clean and focused with citrus, wet stone minerality, and  fresh bread. Minerally on the nose and mouthwatering on the palate, this polished Champagne offers a plush, satiny mousse carrying flavors of pear, apricot and Marcona almond, with a touch of preserved lemon and a salty underpinning that lingers on the finish.
