Domaine Timothee 2020 Cabernets

This is a blend of 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, thus Cabernets. The nose shows a initial hit of pepper spice, with cocoa nib, some cherry, cassis and a light minerality. The palate is moderate in weight with a flavor set that echoes the nose with dark fruits balanced by nice spice flavors. D&M Tasting Notes.
