Domaine De Bichery 2019 La Source Brut Nature Champagne

This is made up of 50/50 Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The nose opens with a cool crisp pear that gives way to citrus flesh, white flowers, and a light oak spice. The palate is moderate in weight with a hit of citrus, and oak spice, Anjou pear, and a more taut style versus the 2018. An additional taster found notes of brioche, nuts, and plums. Where it all begins. Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from a single harvest and with a touch of oak, this cuvée marks the beginning of the Domaine.

Although more accustomed to vine plants than to keyboards and screens, we are nevertheless going to present to you in a few lines our domain and our wines, faithful to our idea "no history, natural".
