67% Ugni Blanc, 33% Colombard Nice golden color. Brilliant. Fruits flame into this very fresh nose: dried apricot, candied orange peel, melon, white peach. Fine spices accompany the fruits. On the palate, the tannins are fine and delicate. We find this freshness and this fruit so delicate. Long in the mouth. Distillery Notes  30 yrs.  Bottles April 2019  47% abv
