Folle Blanche, Single Estate Cognac. The Folle Blanche comes through quite well with an aroma set of bright citrus, stone fruits, papaya, and a light barrel spice. The palate has the for mentioned fruits with some coffee, citrus zests and light white flowers. Delicious VSOP. D&M Tasting Notes
An exciting and uncommon single-estate, seven-year-old bottling made from the Folle Blanche grape, which is rare in Cognac. Brilliant light gold in color, with a unique, green nose of flower stem, hay and green tobacco leaf. In the mouth, attractive chalky minerality balances dried apricot, raisin and touch of licorice and green herb. The finish is extraordinarily long for such a young Cognac. A singular, stunning expression and an amazing value worth seeking out. 95 Points Jason Wilson, Vinous September 2019

Faithful to XVIIth Century Tradition.
Strict adherence – through the centuries and contrary to modern tendencies – to traditional cognac grape varieties : Folle Blanche – Colombard – Montils varieties which are delicate and fragile to grow but inimitable in taste and aroma. Distillation on light lees in small copper pot stills – Bouilleur de Cru.
Very long ageing in Limousin or Tronçais oak barrels, generally two to three times longer than legally required and even longer for top of the range products. House Notes
