Brouwerij Hof Ten Dormaal Blonde Ale Aged in Cider Barrel. The nose has white grape, white pepper, grass and high toned apple. On the palate is Big Belgian ester notes which bring fruity tones of winter apple, pear, and a bit of grassiness. There comes a lemon tartness on the finish with a hint of baking spices.
