Bernard Gaucher Half Bottle Brut Reserve Champagne

*375 ML. Grower Champagne The bottle is made up of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay from the challenging 2011 and 2010 vintages. The wine itself was fermented in old oak barrels with weekly batonnage and allowed to partially go through malolactic conversion before being aged on its lees for 24 months in bottle. This was disgorged back in 2014 with a dosage of 10 grams/liter. The nose shows a cream, rustic cracker, green apple, light citrus, and mirabelle plum.
