Zero dosage, disgorged September 2021  The Shaman cuvee is made up of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay; and this cuvee is made without sulfur at bottling. The nose shows a light bios and barrel note with white cherry, plum, and white strawberries. The palate has great depth of flavor with spice, oak, cream, and lovely notes of pale red fruits.
