Bardstown Bourbon Company Fusion Series #5 Bourbon Whiskey

This iteration is 70% of their one distillate 56% 4 year old, 14% 3 Year blended with 30% (W*^&%t) 11 yr. Bourbon. Aromas of soft, pretty toffee with a little rye spice, caramel, spun sugar, hints of pepper, black and green chili pepper. On the palate all spice comes to play with some funnel cake sweet tea, and  tobacco leaf. Though roughly 11 years sold there is a nice youthful feel. D&M Tasting Notes
