• AR Lenoble Rose Terroirs Brut Champagne

88% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Chouilly and 12% Premeir Cru from Bisseuil. 35% from reserve wine. Based on 2012 vintage.

Light, bright orange. Vibrant, mineral-driven red berry, orange zest and jasmine aromas are complemented by deeper suggestions of smoky lees and anise. Rich and broad yet surprisingly lively on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry flavors that are given lift and cut by juicy acidity. Finishes taut and stony, with echoing red fruit and leesy nuances. This robust yet tensile pink Champagne would work well with rich fish dishes or even lighter poultry preparations; it would also be fantastic with raw or rare tuna or salmon.   Josh Raynolds, Vinous

A.R. Lenoble was founded in 1915 by Armand Raphael Graser who arrived from Alsace and named his house after the noble nature of Champagne.  The house remains family owned and operated, now two decades into its fourth generation. Anne returned after making her mark at L’Oréal and Antoine worked in the food business before returning to the family concern.
